The challenge

The owner of Avalanche Infrastructure Management (AIM) came to me asking for a more professional-looking website that would both communicate the products that he provides and his expertise in the industry. His goal was a website he'd be proud to share with potential clients that would also drive some organic online traffic in a competitive environment.

Solutions

  • Block patterns for easy re-use after hand-off
  • Training library of Loom videos of "how-to" use the site without development help
  • Streamlined design with consistent color palette and typefaces
  • Templates for each avalanche solution

The process

1

Consultation

We meet in person to go over the old website design and discuss paint points for the business owner.

2

Proposal

I provided three tiered options for the client, to select which solution would work best for his needs and current budget and timeline.

3

Design and implementation

Once contract is signed, I send a shared folder to upload assets and copy, and I begin work!

4

Delivery

We meet in person to go over the site as delivered, and I train and onboard the client into their site, how to make changes, and the setup in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
